While not actively recruiting at this time, The Lighthorsemen are not closed either. The reason is that I am not a high volume player and will not be available for large chunks of time. Honestly, any new player can find a better home but I will help where I can with supplies, even ships (well, cheap ones anyway), especially if you are using them in the war against the Amarr.

Low tax (may vary). Right now I am just taxing myself, so it dont matter. Could drop it all together.
